Please come enjoy our Public Sauna- NOW OPEN 7 days/week ❤️

A sauna is a great way to relax your muscles, release tension and toxins, and get fully warm to your core.  Our sauna offers a separate sauna and shower room and comfortable seating for six people. The sauna is now open 7 days weeks and can be booked any time with simply texting Shana to schedule. We have a new key pad door to our studio which allows easier access to sauna daily!

Rates per hour:

  • $30/session/one person

  • $5 each additional person

  • Sauna card:  $250/ten saunas

Please text Shana for available times at 207-323-8499. If you sign up at Studio please text Shana to confirm your time of arrival and always text when you are leaving the studio.

When you arrive:

  • Instructions are posted outside the sauna and in the changing room

  • Payment can be made via cash, check to “The Dance Studio” or Venmo (@ShanaBloomstein). Place cash payments in the black box outside of office door.

Please note, If you are the only person in the studio when leaving the building you are responsible for all lights being turned off and texting Shana when you leave so the door can be locked behind you. Thank you so much for making this community space work for ALL. with love~shana❤️
